Hello people! I am Merve, 22 years old soon to graduate psychology student from the Earth.

It was always my wish to travel all around the world but never really committed to it until now! Currently I am doing my ERASMUS+ exchange and my goal is to take a step towards everything that I have ever postponed to do!

I love learning new cultures, trying new tastes and hearing historical stories about their countries.

I just joined and hope that somebody relies on my willingness to become an encouraged member, although I do not have any credentials at the moment I want to meet up and get to know people and hear their stories.

I am currently in my last year of my psychology bachelor, soon graduating.
My goal is to move to Germany and do my pasters, as well as hopefully stay there. I love it since I was born and lived there.

I love learning about the world, especially languages and anthropology besides psychology. I also have a interest in technology and history.

To me meeting people is like reading books; readers always have a different perspective on the same book just as everyone has a different view of other people! Through Couchsurfing, I want to meet as many people as I can to widen my horizons!

Music, Movies, and Books

🎶 I mostly like calm music; the new wave of Dark Academia for instance, it became as my brain food. To be specific, there are some bands and artists that I have been listening for years; those are The Neighbourhood, TwentyOnePilots, SYML, Eurielle and Billie Eilish.

🎥 I am not a fan of horror movies but other than that I can grab so much things from any other movies. I mostly enjoy watching movies with a good company :)

📚 My favorite book until now is Momo by Micheal Ende. I read it last year, and since than everytime when I say "I don't have time" I stop and start thinking of it...

Currently reading Wabi-Sabi by Beth Kempton. Personally, I really like the Japanese culture and their lifestyle, there is a lot to take from it.

My next book will be Neuro-Linguistic Programming written by Joseph O'Connor and John Seymour.
