About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Aprender Espanol y conocer a personas amables de Barcelona. - Finding nice & inspiring people to hang out in Barcelona.
ABOUT ME
My name is Ivonne and I am 25 years old. My friends describe me as a helpful and funny person. I like adventures and new experiences.
I've already worked as a graphic designer, but afterwards I felt I'm missing something and decided to study again: Mediatechnology. Which I am still studying.
I like travelling and meeting people. For this reason I am glad that I found this site and I'm looking forward to make some new experiences. In my freetime I like doing sports (Badminton, Yoga) and taking pictures. I also like drawing and good food. Consequently I like cooking... but not if I am hungry. I like trying new recipes and I like spontaneously improvised meals.
PHILOSOPHY
Being fortunate depends very much on how you see things. If you recognize the specialty in your everyday life, your life is so much easier and wonderful.
Think positive!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
With the couchsurfing-spirit in my heart, I am travelling and welcoming people to my life.
To me couchsurfing is more a lifestyle of cultural exchange and being international than just having a couchsurfing account and letting people stay at your home for free.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
* I surfed with my friend Melina in Amsterdam. Our host was very nice, friendy and warm-hearted. We really enjoyed our stay. There we also met some other couch surfers and had a party with them.
* Our first visitors: Marta and Ottavia from Italy stayed for a night. We spend some time at the Reeperbahn and walked through the sunny Hamburg.
* Jason from Singapore: He stayed 3 nights. A good mixture of spending time together and freedom. We had a walk through the city and spend some time together talking about nothing and everything ;)
* Experiencing Russels basement in Philadelphia.
* Being rescued by Kristine and Paul in Detroit ;) who spend a very good time with us.
* Celebrating Christmas with one of the most wonderful families of California in LA.

At the moment I am learning Poi spinning.
I know Hamburg quite well, so if you're visiting, maybe I can show you around or tell you what you should see.
