About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To leave a trail and explore all the corners of the world.

Infected by a travel bug and from that point on I became an instant wanderlust victim for life.

ABOUT ME

I was born near a mining camp close to my hometown Mackay and have been living in Mackay, Queensland, Australia my whole life.

I have a positive outlook on life. I always like to have fun, chill out, converse, and laugh with anyone.

I would like to discover and constantly learn new things. I don't ever want to stop travelling. It would be like dying for me, I also think its a must for everyone to make them a better person and really appreciate all things in life...

PHILOSOPHY

If your not living life close the to edge, your taking up too much space. Chase your dreams live with no regrets.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I enjoy meeting new people, creating new friendships, and networking and also meet very nice, interesting and awesome couch surfers from all around the world. I have shared experiences of exploring new worlds together and observing peoples influence on cultures abroad. A stranger who travels is just a friend you haven’t met.

Interests

Exploring natures beauty, forrests, mountains and volcano hiking trails. White water rafting, snowboarding, sking, skydiving. Sports activities, social drinking. Socialising, I love UFC MMA Sports, and some football. Seeing local sites, places, traditional areas and festivals where ever they are. Occasionally taking risks to feel alive at times. Walking, animals, swimming, the beaches. Staying fit and healthy in mind and body. Meeting new people, and volunteering, helping out others too.

Music, Movies, and Books

Too many awesome tunes to play.
Rock, alternative, mellow, old school. New material. Alot of other types. Hate classical, religious and foreign tunes i can't understand.

I am pretty slack at reading cause I would rather watch a movie then read the book. Lazy, I know. I do read about travel adventures and stories and other things. Mainly that can help better myself, like making more money, live a little longer. Health and fitness material.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Escaped my amazing continent to explore the world around me. The single best thing that could have ever happened, when I look back and reflect on the memories and moments I have experienced.

Teach, Learn, Share

Let me visit your city and learn more about its story, your way to live there and why you like it.

I'm amazed through the most simple things, and I especially like to have a laugh and chill out with like minded people.

You know, yesterday is a memory, tomorrow is dream, today is a gift and thats why we call it the present.

Just live in the moment, because everything else is uncertain.

I do believe people who spend money on experiences instead of materialistic things are happier, more positive and feel grateful and enjoy more peace in within themselves.

At the end of the day... we all have the same size graves, its the memories and moments that can't be taken from you.

“The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page.” – St. Augustine

“Eat at a local restaurant tonight. Get the cream sauce. Have a cold pint at 4 o’clock in a mostly empty bar. Go somewhere you’ve never been. Listen to someone you think may have nothing in common with you. Order the steak rare. Eat an oyster. Have a negroni. Have two. Be open to a world where you may not understand or agree with the person next to you, but have a drink with them anyways. Eat slowly. Tip your server. Check in on your friends. Check in on yourself. Enjoy the ride."- Anthony Bourdain.
