IM OUT OF AMSTERDAM UNTILL BEGINNING OF NOV

Hello couchsurfing!!! I am back :) I was out for 2 years because I didnt pay :P.

Happy to start hosting whenever I can!!!

I am a designer who have worked and lived in Amsterdam the last 7 years. After buying a house and living the 'normal' life I decided to make a life changing decision to quit my job and travel with the wind... with my passion of designing in mind.

I've hiked the Himalayas went in to a monastery, then dropped out of the monastery, fell in love and lived in south America for a year.. setting up a business :) Then I went to Portugal for 6 months.. to find myself in Bali to travel Vietnam and Indonesia.. and end in Mongolia...
I've started a business regarding positive sustainable design in developing countries.. And now I am happy to work from Amsterdam and travel when its needed :)

After my hectic travelling I find myself in a much more peaceful mindset and I m ready to pick up the 'normal'life here in Amsterdam..

I always loved couch surfing and before my travels I've always done quite a lot of it.
I love people, but I do expect manners and respect so thats why I have a list of rules.

1. If you are 40 + and from Dubai wanting to buy me gifts.. Please move along
2. I am not a party adress. Sure hit town, get drunk I don't care. But I have an own company and I work during daytime. So i expect respect regarding noise.
3. I am not a free holiday adress. If you stay with me I expect social interaction, sharing music/stories/passions anything, but I dont want to used as a hostel where you see me as a piece of furniture.
4. Above anything I invite you to be yourself and inspire me with what moves you.. Ill be happy to take you around and show you the city.
5. I normally do not agree with more then 2 days. If your cool and want to stay a bit more, sure, but after that I will request a small fee.
6. please open your request with what your favorite food is. So I know you've read the full bla ;)

My House is in West in a very very lovely neighbourhood close to parks, clubs, restaurants and by tram you are in the canal belt within 5 minutes..
