NOW

... I am actually not in Estonia and my home too much, thus I probably would not be able to host you. As from April to October I am working as a tour guide for Estonians abroad, I actually rented out my apartment… So I am very sorry, I will make it up as soon as possible.

CURRENT MISSION

To be able to give more and more sparkles around me, to make a difference for someone at some moment. Mainly I do it through words - telling stories in different ways and forms and circumstances. And to experience life, to experience all the human existence.

ABOUT ME

I like to write. I need to write. I understood it when I was 8, sitting in an armchair at 8 on Sunday morning, reading a book, eating my mom's hidden biscuits and waiting for my parents to wake up. I write.

I need nature, no matter if it's mountains, forest or swamp. It makes me feel good and it makes me feel the connection.

Otherwise I try to get new experiences to get to know myself better through different situations and to keep the reflection and analysis centre in my head working and also to get inspired by the people and by the world.

PHILOSOPHY

Live now, because life is shorter than we realise. With "live" I don't mean "make party every night", but learn and develop, whatever brings you to this.

Everything is connected and meaningful. Everything happens with a reason. "Even the crow doesn't fly for nothing" as an old Estonian saying is.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I´ve been away a lot, a very modern-technology-not-knowledged person as I am. I had until recently only hosted one wonderful person, even though I knew there are millions of them out there. It is just that I was also not really home most of the time. But then last year I had my own fantastic couchsurfing experiences abroad, in Lithuania and Romania. And somehow last year then I also hosted more people. Unfortunately I was not there myself every time, but I still had opportunity to provide a rest and inspiration place for a few.

I SAW... a quadruple rainbow in my town; a full rainbow at my French Mercantour park mountain "home"; Amazon forest; Mongolian high plains and hospitality and traditional way of life; kolibri (beija-flor é um ser mais magnifico do mundo); Estonian swamps; Park of Mercantour in France; thunderstorm; People playing horse fiddle... (lots of "little" things)

I DID... swam in a small mountain lake, only me and the great mountains...; dream catchers (I did :); dancing for a long time in my life... (dancing is always amazing), rolling myself in the snow after sauna, writing...

Teach, Learn, Share

Different therapies, ancient symbols, tales and stories, beliefs, mythology, magic, music, learn people and myself that reflects on the others...

What I Can Share with Hosts

If I am home, I might be able to offer you roof and bed. A breakfast and hopefully a dinner :D (I cannot be so sure of that, because if I just happen to come home or stay home for only few days, then my fridge is somehow empty). If I am here, I can bring you to walk around some amazing spots in Tartu, to go under the ruins, to step on the smallest bridge, to find some hidden streets and cemeteries... I can offer my book shelf and guitar to play.
