About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To exercise my big blue backpack with an urge to travel
PHILOSOPHY
I'd like to become more openminded every day.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
At the moment I'm surfing for the first time, and is quite ecxited finally to join the community. I'm really looking forward to having a place and a couch on my own to welcome fun loving people from all over the place!!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've been inspired by a friend who hosted in tasmania, his door was always open and there was always a spare couch -the payment was a fun house filled with good times.
Interests
Number one is of course travelling and learning! The best way I find is to do anything outdoors -kayaking, rafting, climbing, walking and so on. But also meeting new cultures, traditions and characters, often over a beer or coffee.
But I do love to curl up with a book as well or play board games -I always loose (!), but it's great!
A mix of lots of activity and quiet relaxation.

Music, Movies, and Books
BIG fan of the Hitchhiker's Guide... Mostly because I want it to be true.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Jump across the world and move to Australia from little Denmark -it was well worth it!
And a spot called Heaven in Tassie -it's pretty spectacular!
Teach, Learn, Share
I hope to learn as much as possible about everything. As long as it's shared and told with lots of passion and love for the subject, I'm in!
Personally I do LOVE Tasmania (as you probably gathered) and especially the little North Western corner of it called The Tarkine -including rugged coast line, great aboriginal stories, gorgeous temperate rainforest, sand dunes, BIG beautiful trees, waterfalls -it is a place to go see and to protect!!!!!
