ABOUT ME

Hmm. What to write? The essentials have to be something like this:

I have a serious passion for food (as in: desserts), so you will very often find me in the kitchen trying new recipes. Have never had any complaints on that account.

I hate running and exercising, but love the feeling it gives you afterwards. Have therefore got a rather schizophrenic relationship to my local gym.

I love dancing on the tables on tuesdays. And all other days of the week. Just dancing in general. Which I btw am not particularly good at.

I pretend to be a serious student and sometimes even manage to convince myself.

PHILOSOPHY

Most waisted are the days where we didn't laugh.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I study anthropology and just reached my 4.semester which includes a three-week fieldtrip to any place in the world we like to go, studying anything we find interesting! Which leads me to explain why this account was originally created:

To of my fellow students and myself decided to study "Couch-Surfing" - this amazing, interesting, global movement.

Our journey took us through Berlin, Wroclaw, Krakow, Brno and Praha where we stayed with some of the most amazing and generous people I have ever met. Having experienced such generousity I would like to give something back and host or show travellers around back home in Copenhagen.

With the exceptance of computers and related waste of time I am pretty much interested in everything between heaven and earth. Especially if it includes people, laughing and dancing!

I can't possibly list all the music, books and movies I love. I am a very open-minded person and listen to everything from pop to heavy-metal, reads everything from chick-lit to Foucault and watches everything from Twilight to French silent movies.

As one of my favourite past-time activities is eating and cooking, I have to mention my countless visits to restaurants of both the Michelin-rated and non-rated-but-equally-tasty type all across Europe. Food and how it can be manipulated to new heights of deliciousness in the hands of a talented chef continues to amaze me!
