I do many things, I used to do event photography, recently I work in hospitality. Pizza, fermented drinks, sourdough, cooking.... I am doing and learning it all.

Work is a big part of how I identify and also part of my free time. I am lucky enough to be able to work in fields that I am passionate about.
I love to experiment with different techniques in cooking and fermenting. For example miso, tempeh, kombucha.

Other than work I love to go climbing, mostly indoors for now. I ride my bike everywhere in Budapest, I love the kamikaze vibe of it sometimes.
Big lover of music and live events and I love natural wines and fine food.
I love the challenge of fixing things around the house and all, big on arts and crafts.

Maybe that time we baked enough sourdough bread for a festival in two woodfire ovens.

Or that time I painted a whole hostel in Bratislava.

Lehren, lernen, teilen

As I have been a sourdough baker for the majority of my work life I can introduce you to the basics of it. We can also talk about other fermented things.
Movement is also a big part of my life, I am not a big yogi, but mobility and body awareness is also something I can share. Movement, handstands!
