About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I want to become a design engineer, always be creative, stay energetic, find new ways to connect to people, be a clubkid, sew my friends party outfits, thiftshop till I drop.

ABOUT MY COUCH: Currently not available due to stressfull events in my life.

read the important section, I am very strict about this.

IMPORTANT:
1. Don't contact me a day upfront(I have 4 housemates to consider), unless it's an emergency.
2. Write something personal, I don't accept unpersonal requests. Make your's stand out.
3. 2 people max, 2 nights. 1 person max 3 nights.
4. I live at the border of The Hague and scheveningen, in a grand and charming 1920s building :)
5. I DO NOT LIVE IN THE HAGUE CENTRE. Have to stress this point because I'm getting a lot of request from people saying they are visiting the city, see point 4: I live near the beach

I put my acceptance on maybe because I live with other people and I have to ask them and tell them about you. So it's important for me to know why you want to stay with me. Do you share interests? Have something you would like to teach me?
But! If you are ever in desperate, last minute need of a couch, please contact me. I'll arrange something. Please tell me why you are in need.

ABOUT ME

Hi! My name is Tamara Monster, I'm 27 and living & studying in Delft. I'm really enjoying my study because in a few years I hope I can say the words: trust me, I'm an Engineer! :)
I'm a happy, adventurous, creative, direct and energetic girl who enjoys meeting new people in different ways and places.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love seeing people's homes and see how they are living in other countries. How they feel, live there lives. I also like having a sense of being home when far away. If you are staying with someone from CS, you are bound to have a wonderful time because likewise, there s a big chance you meet sociable, likeminded and open-minded folks like you. And at the same time, CS is very adventurous because you never know where you end up. I could not be closer to the people of the city or country that I am visiting.

Interests

My interest are travelling(ofc.), going to fleemarkets, swimming when it's hot and dancing and dressing up on (music)festivals. I like making my own clothes and be very creative. I love the Ballet and theater and going on adventures.

Music, Movies, and Books

Book: Sapiens from Yuval Harari.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to the regional Burning Man event in Spain: Nowhere. This was totally magic. No words can describe this feeling.

Teach, Learn, Share

I studied German because I lived in Berlin. So anybody who will speak German to me, is a great company ;) Also Balletlessons and DJ lessons are welcome ;) Anyone who wants to cook for me is awesome!

What I can teach you?
Cooking, DIY, dancing, dress-up, life lessons?

What I Can Share with Hosts

We can cook together, teach you how to make/fix outfits, can take you to awesome techno glitter parties, teach you a few styling lessons, go to the beach when the weather's nice.

I live with 4 others, so one of the things I appreciate if people who come here want to cook with of for us all. It is our way to enjoy the stay of a couchsurfer with the whole home.
