ABOUT ME

My name is Mohsen and I am from Tehran, Iran. I came to US in 2010 as a PhD student in EECS. I lived at Merced which is a small town in central California. It is called Yosemite gate since you are supposed to pass Merced if you want to go to Yosemite National Park.

Currently I live in Riverside, CA. It is a city 60 miles away from Los Angeles.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

There is an old saying that says "You have to have a house in everywhere!" I think it is only possible if you have good friends everywhere. I would like to do both Couching and Surfing as well as my main goal which is making good friends in everywhere!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

* I host a Persian girl (Maryam Taba) at my home who wanted to visit our campus at Merced. She actually introduced CS to me! This was my first experience and indeed it was great since she was my first guest in my new house!

I like swimming, reading books, watching movies, following news.I like also sightseeing traveling and taking pictures as well!

We have a 2-bedroom apartment in Merced. We may rent out the extra bedroom since I am relocating to another city.
