About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To explore the world and the soul of humanity.

ABOUT ME

I hate writing about myself like this, and would much rather meet you. But anyways, I'm very open to all and every experience, I love to converse, to party, to drink, to eat, to laugh, to play, to snowboard and to cook. Music and art is everything, but I lose myself in political ethics and human rights law. Film, literature, technology, space, the possibilities of the human spirit. I want to see the world.

PHILOSOPHY

Carpe Diem
Nosce te Ipsum
are two tattoos that I have. Another is a Ma'at feather, which is an Egyptian symbol for peace, justice, balance, morality and order. I believe in the sanctity of life and the human spirit. But never take life too seriously.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm afraid I'm not a huge participator to the CS2 project, though I applaud the ideology behind it. And I do try to attend some of the sweet parties once in a while. Mallorca has a sweet CS community!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've only had one experience couchsurfing, and it was unfortunately unpleasant. But, I am well known for occupying the divans of various friends. I always clean up and I usually offer some kind of token of appreciation. I've settled into my new home in Spain, and have had one couchsurfer so far. While our place is tiny, and it was a bit cramped, it was a blast!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went bungee jumping in 2008 with my little brother from the highest bungee in North America. Fantastic. I also drove across Canada with amazing friends after spending 6 weeks cherry picking. Spending a semester in Denmark was amazing for all the 6 months I was there. I saw and learned so much with so many great people, I will never forget the experience. I also travelled across western Europe for 6 weeks by train, which was completely unforgetable. I moved to an island in the Mediterrenean to be with the woman I love, and wouldn't have it any other way.

Teach, Learn, Share

There is no way to happiness, happiness is the way. - The Buddha

There is no value in life besides personal growth and individual worth to the world. We all have a responsibility to make the world a better place, no matter on how small a level. Be the best person you can be, and always assume the best of others. Life is art, make it as quality as possible.
