HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm very interested in just dropping into a city and learning as much as I can about it. You can't learn very much when travelling alone, but the Couchsurfing community offers me a chance to really meet locals.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I drove around North America with a friend, as we slept on the sofa of many friends and family. It was wonderful and really opened my eyes to how generous people can be if you just allow them.

Things I'm bad at but I really like to try: Guitar, singing, dancing, painting, writing, motorcycling

Things I've never done but I would really like to: Downhill Skiing, Hang Gliding, Sailing

Things I don't want to try: Skydiving, bungee jumping, they just seem a bit senseless.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

Worked in the Craigton mines in Sudbury. 2 km under solid rock. Anyone from that area who knows me will sigh with the boredom of hearing such a thing, but when you're down there alone, and you turn off your headlamp, the blackness is incredible.
