Overview
About Me
I use to live a much more nomadic lifestyle. Always carrying the essentials with me toothbrush, warm clothes, etc. But I've for the most part settled down in Japan. I love people, differing perspectives, travel, dogs and enjoying life. I surround myself with honest, and fun loving people. ***If you request to stay make sure you mention if you’re good or great with dogs. We have 3 who are welcome in all parts of the house and can be loud in the morning. As well, because we’ve had tons of guests who like to give us various cute gifts here are some ideas of what we like: we love postcards from where you’re from, top off the beaten path suggestions of places to visit within your home country or your top suggestions from your travels, toilet paper/bath supplies (as those get used a lot by our couchsurfers, offer us a place to stay at your home when we visit, offer to help out around the house (one guy helped us move our internet so we could get a wifi signal in our guest room), or alcohol (thanks Ian for the 6-pack). It is NOT mandatory, but since many do usually give us something we wanted to give you some suggestions.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Lots of people have helped me out through the years with a free place to stay, so I’d love to help out others for a night or two. Also I love meeting new people.
Interests
Guitar, singing (even though I don't have the best voice), biking, rugby, and making stuff out of pallets! I'm addicted to woodworking and refurbishing furniture.
