CURRENT MISSION

Pay It back forward!!! I have traveled the globe because of generous and kind - hearted friends..now I wanna pay it forward. And since I got married last September 21, 2013, my husband, RED ISIDRO, is helping me do it by extending help to couch surfers if not by hosting them at home, by picking them up at the airport (since hubby is a good driver and now does Uber too when he is not driving for me or for my friends). Red has not traveled abroad before we got married so we made it a goal to travel twice a year - Summer and September (for anniversary) - to a country known for our anniversary symbol. (1st year - paper (different currencies) - so we went to Vietnam, Camboia and Taiwan; 2nd year - cotton (beach destinations for cotton towels) - so we went to Singapore, Malaysia (Melaka, Johor Bahru and KL) and Thailand (Phuket and Bangkok); 3rd year - leather - so we are going around the US and either Argentina or South Korea)

ABOUT ME

I'm friendly, chatty and a great conversationalist..i love to travel and get involved with projects and event organizing for law society causes..don't drink, don't smoke, and very active LDS...I have a very supportive family and have thousands of friends from church, college, law school,work, lawyers orgs, travel sites and really enjoy meeting lots of people. i just learned about CS site from the Cebu Pacific magazine article a few months ago, although i have already traveled the globe because of friends i already have..with the couch surfing site, i can meet new people and possibly be able to add to my list of countries...

My husband Red is excited to meet new people in different countries. He is a movie buff so part of his bucketlist is to watch movie while in a foreign country (Sept. 2014 Cambodia - LUCY; Oct. 2014 Taiwan - GONE GIRL; April 2015 KL - SECRET SERVICE; October 2015 - )

As a host - can offer our condo room in Makati from DECEMBER 15, 2015 - JANUARY 30, 2016.

Red can pick up visitors from the airport since he drives for Uber on his spare time.

As guests - Red and I are great conversationalists. We can offer you good laugh during our stay!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been hosted four times by awesome CS hosts: (i) Sydney Australia by Ying Zhang,(ii) Ho Chi Minh City by DJ Adam,Steve and Mai Ling,(iii)Phnom Penh by Elma (Polka and Tinka) and very recently in Kota Kinabalu by Chel Leena. They are wonderful friends!!

I have hosted lots of people already but they are not members of the CS site. From CS site, I have hosted/traveled with cool folks turned friends Nabil Mekouar from Paris, Maygalai from Singapore,Chel Leena from Kota Kinabalu, Sean Peg from Canada, Ryan Johnson,Nikki and Jordan from Taipei and Sascha from Germany.It was a great experience.I have also met several Couch surfers from the Philippines and other places as well through group meetings and dinners. I am enjoying this experience a lot.

Interests

travel, taking lotza pictures, scrap booking, writing, blogging, organizing events, movie date with hubby. before we bought our 42" inches TV for the small condo, we watch movies on IMAX evey Friday, eating out (hubby loves CRABS!), family get-together.

Music, Movies, and Books

Before I love movies with Tom Cruise and Ben Affleck in it, and crazy about Jack Bauer of 24 Seasons 1-7! Now I watch any kind of movies that Red loves to watch! We have a movie Fridate on IMAX and watched a whole lot of movies since our wedding! Our last was the other day - MOCKINGJAY 2.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can recommend good places to visit in the Philippines and other places I and we have been too. I can also share my knowledge of Philippine laws particularly visas for foreigners since I worked for the Bureau of Immigration and doing business in the Philippines.
