About Me

I'm very friendly and love meeting new people. I am excited to travel and discover different cultures, learn about the world around me and make new friends! I am very interested in politics/social studies and music. I love exploring new cities, especially those with an interesting history, good music and beautiful architecture- as well as an eclectic night life! However I also enjoy being in the outdoors, particularly forests and beaches.

Unfortunately I don't currently have my own place so am unable to host, however I plan on becoming a host as soon as I have the ability and hope to welcome lots of lovely people into my home!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'd love to meet new people and discover new cultures, attitudes and ways of life! I think staying with a local is the best way to discover a new city.

Interests

I have many interests, the main one being listening to and playing music- particularly jazz. I'm also very interested in social sciences and politics. I enjoy going out and having a good dance, meeting nice people and eating nice food!

Music, Movies, and Books

I have a very eclectic music taste but some of my favourite genres are: jazz, afrobeat, soul and blues, reggae/dub, folk, techno and drum and bass.

My favourite movies include: A Knight's Tale, searching for Sugar Man, Kill Bill and the Princes Bride.

I've enjoyed reading Life of Pi by Yann Martel and On the Road by Jack Kerouac.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am very friendly and enjoy meeting new people! I love a good chat and hearing different perspectives on the world. If you are musical, I would love to jam with you or just discover the music you love, and share the music I love with you. I am always up to help with cooking etc wherever I stay, however I am not the most experienced chef!
