I am a friendly, outgoing middle-aged lady with a lot of energy and I love meeting new people from all over the world. I am a free-lance journalist and a documentarist.

PHILOSOPHY

I am looking for more meaningful life. I have no children, so nobody really needs me. I want to make myself more usuful for the universe by helping others in little ways.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am taking a little break from hosting! I have been hosting so many people (also outside of CS) that I need to have some space.
I have recently moved to Canada from Finland and there are so many personal friends visiting.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted a lot of friends and their friends but only done some hosting though Hospitality Club. That's how I have met some wonderful people.

I can't think of a topic I was not interested in, at least mildly.
I also love comedy, like The Fast Show, and romantic comedies like Four Weddings and a Funeral.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The scenery at Table Mountain, Cape Town, was breathtaking. Feeling the wind in my hair in the Golden Gate National Park in San Francisco was fantastic. Swimming in the warm water at Shell Island, St.Petersburg, Florida - with 3 dolphins!
