About Me
Did some TV Commercials here in United Arab Emirates where I played one of the main characters.
I really do love airports. It really excites me every time I go there. Every time I set my foot in the airport, the feeling is electrifying. It feels like I am connected to different cities around the world in an instant.
I love airplanes as well. I love to experience every airliner in the world regardless of their star ratings. Here are the airlines I have experienced so far:

I love traveling solo because I feel so free. I can sleep anytime I want, wake up anytime I want, I could go anywhere I want, change my plans and itinerary anytime, eat anywhere and most of all, I could meet lots of people along the way, tag along with them in their journey, etc. Many people think its sad to travel solo, I find it not. I guess it really depends on someone’s personality and experiences in life. Here’s the thing, every person on this Earth is different. For sure, solo traveling is not for everyone. It’s like food, some people prefer meat and others prefer vegetables, some people like sweet and others not. The point here is to follow what your heart desire. Cliche it may sound but life is too short. Do what makes you happy. Do what makes you tick.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love techno and other EDM music. I love watching TV shows like The Amazing Race (and other travel shows), documentaries, period and historical movies. I appreciate now watching musical plays. I guess my taste with regards to what I watch is evolving. I am trying to love reading books, downloaded some e-books but I always dont finish it. I dont know why. I guess in the future when I am already old and couldn’t travel anymore because of physical limitations due to old age, for sure, book will be my alternative hobby.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I’ve done not only one but so many amazing things:
Travelled 30 countries to-date.
Skydived in Dubai
Attended Tomorrowland in Belgium 5 times (2015/2016/2017 two weekends/2018)
Rode the tallest cable car in Hong Kong
Went to 2 Disneylands (Asia and Europe)
Canal cruise with friends around Amsterdam, The Netherlands, with loud speaker on, playing some sick hardstyle music while drinking local beer.
Fed wild camels in Saudi Arabia
Climb the Eifell Tower in Paris using the stairs
Saw the live cremation of a dead human being (cremated using regular wood) beside a river in Kathmandu, Nepal. Because the wind that time was blowing towards us (We were sitting at the opposite side of the river) I could really smell the burning flesh, it smells like of a pork BBQ which made me not eat any BBQued meat for a long time after that experience.
Drank a very potent alcohol in Georgia called Chacha. (You cannot totally say you’ve been to Georgia without trying it ;-) )
Participated in a annual massive water fight also known as Valdavar festival in Armenia. Had a blast! Armenians were so hospitable and friendly I felt like I left my heart there.
Attended Octoberfest in Munich, Germany and got so drank. Camped for two days organized by Stoke traveler (highly recommended when you are on a budget going to Octoberfest because hotel rooms can be very expensive during this time). In the camping site, beers are served during breakfast that makes everybody drunk before going to the Octoberfest grounds which is a bus plus a train away from the camping site. Party till you effing drop haha!
Thermal bath hopping and pubcrawl in Budapest, Hungary
Witness a formation of a human tower during a fiesta in Barcelona, Spain . Tried every version of their paella that made me visit the city more than 5 times!
Attended Musique La Fete in the City of Nantes, western part of France where I stayed for more than a month. Love their weekend market as well.
Went inside the Reichstag Building in Berlin, Germany where their parliament meet. Such a surreal experience knowing that the place is where the most influential woman in the world, Angela Merkel, discuss her political plans and actions.
Went to a lake in Slovakia with other couchsurfers not knowing that its a “nude” lake where women can go topless. haha! And the beers they sell at the lake were so effing cheap!
Went from Brussels, Belgium to Paris, France by public bus for only 5 euros. It just so happen that it was the bus company’s anniversary. What a savings!
Unplanned trip to Brugges, Belgium after 4 days of partying in Boom near Antwerpen.
Had a brunch at a seven star hotel called Burj Al Arab in Dubai where I experience for the first time eating chocolate with real 24 carat paper thin gold on it.
Overnight camping at Dubai desert with Couchsurfers. Love sitting near the bonfire while sipping a drink and watching the stars above.
Had lunch in a local eatery in Bulgaria. Amazing because aside from their great food and being the only foreigner there, I really felt the culture and had a sneak peek of their everyday life. I’ll be back for sure.
Took a 12 hour train from Bucharest to Cluj-Napoca in Romania. Being the only Asian inside a 6-person only cabin of the old looking train, I got a lot of stares. Intimidating and fun at the same time if that make any sense.
Saw a uninterrupted meteor shower in The Philippines for more than 2 minutes where I am from. Witnessed partial solar eclipse as well there. What a once in a lifetime experience for me.
Rode a 9-hour bus ride from Istanbul to Pamukale in Turkey and went for hot air balloon early morning the next day. Saw the ancient roman city from above and their famous white hills made of calcium bicarbonate.
Went to Prince’s Island in Turkey with a friend and biked all around the island where we end up in a street where a big stray Rottweiler awaits us. No one in that place except me, my friend and that dog. The place was so isolated that if the dog attacked us, it will be hours before we can get help. Anyway, the dog hurriedly ran towards us and about to attack us. I thought it was the end of our journey on this planet Earth. Thanks for the presence of mind, I whispered to my friend to use the bike as our shield. We slowly walked backwards for like 15 meters like we were doing Michael Jackson’s famous moon walk and hurriedly went in the bike and sped away.
Jumped off a high platform into the sea in Barcelona, Spain.
Walked from Lisbon airport to Oriente metro station in the middle of a cold night! Hahaha!
