My name is Micaela, but you can call me Mica.

I took my degree on International Relations and I can speak Portuguese, English and Spanish.
I consider myself an open-minded, friendly and outgoing person. I'm also very interested in knowing more about different cultures and languages.

In 2018 I went to México where I worked as a volunteer for a social project in the city of Guanajuato for one month. This experience has shapped me in different ways and has allowed me to meet different people I keep in my life.
Later at the same year I went to study English in Toronto, Canada. In 2022 I went back to Canada where I lived in Vancouver for two years.

Different from most of you, I still didn’t travel as much as I would like, but I am expecting to learn from different travelers how to make the best out of my budget.

I currently work as an English teacher back in my hometown Salvador.

The main reason why I use Couchsurfing is to meet people and be able to learn from them.
I do share the values of this community and I’m expecting to meet more people who do the same.

Even though I can’t host you I can be a good buddy to show u around the best spots.
