Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
The usuals - see the entire world and everyone inside of it, enjoy every moment, meet new people who are different from me, enjoy their company, go to sleep on their couch, and give them a couch to sleep on eventually.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Thus far, I've filled out my profile on this website.
Interests
Writing random stories with too much imagery to the point that they don't make any sense, running in the sun or the rain to think about nothing or everything, reading books that are good, kayaking (I want to become an Olympian, but I have a lot of work yet . . . I still need a kayak), lifting weights (so that some day if I ever need to get into a real fight, then I might win), eating/cooking pretty much anything (except parsnips, gross!), family, friends, falling asleep next to the ocean, etc.

Music, Movies, and Books
MUSIC EXAMPLES: Cut Copy, Kings of Leon, Iron and Wine, Crystal Castles, Animal Collective, Radiohead, etc. etc. BOOKS: I just read "A Thousand Splendid Suns," which was pretty good. I'm about to read "Three Cups of Tea." Hemingway, Vonnegut, Flannery, etc. etc. MOVIES: Airplane, the Naked Gun, Braveheart, Lord of the Rings, Kill Bill, Forrest Gump, American History X, X-men (I want to be Wolverine), Adaptation, Gran Torino, etc. etc.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I'll put a few . . . Hitch-hiking hundreds of miles in Alaska to see the tallest mountain in North America (Denali) was cool. Let's see, getting lost in a valley of wild bison during mating season in Wyoming, can't forget that. Running on the beach during a hurricane was pretty stupid, but amazing nonetheless. Staring into the eyes of a mother grizzly bear 2 feet away. New York City will always be awesome to me. Petting a manatee, driving across the entire country and back, skiing at night, feeding a cow calf, seeing old friends grow closer over the years, meeting someone for the first time, etc. etc.
