About Me
ABOUT ME
I'm a nomad who can't get enough travel under my belt. I live in Brooklyn, NY - where I've lived since 2006. I've spent a ton of time traveling (on and off more than 2 years of my life) most recently traveling across Asia with my then girlfriend, now wife.
For me, when traveling, every day is a new adventure and I love the sense of wonder that fills me in every moment.
There's no better way to understand ones self than through travel and the experiences and situations one finds themselves in.
PHILOSOPHY
There's only one way to find out if something is possible: give it a shot.

Music, Movies, and Books
Vinyl - i have a decent sized LP collection ranging from rock & roll to soul to jazz. The stereo's always on in my place!
Movie wise, I don't have a "favorite" but I love the movie The Big Lebowski.
Favorite authors include: Herman Hesse, John Steinbeck, Laurence Durrell
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
This was years ago, but I met the guitarist from a band (at the time famous in Argentina) on a bus through the Sinai Desert on our way to Cairo. We ended up traveling together. When we visited the Great Pyramid of Cheops (the big one) it was just him and I in the burial chamber. We started to hum and sing. You could feel the echo and resonance in your gut. As if the past and present were intermingling.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm super busy but always interested in learning and hopefully I'll have time to show some of the great areas in my neighborhood (and NYC) from a local's eyes. I've traveled enough to understand the importance of going local whenever visiting a new place.
