Midwest grad transplanted in the beautiful city of Seattle.
I am always looking for an adventure! New places, faces, and memories are what I seek. If I were given money to spend on myself I would use it to buy airline tickets. Friends describe me as optimistic, caring, random, goofy, driven, adventurous.

Life is too short to be filled with regret, worry and doubt. Live each day like your last. In times of sorrow or pain list your blessings and you'll realize just how lucky you are. Explore the world and find yourself. From finding yourself not only will you be able to love yourself but just as important, others.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe I am a lifelong learner. I'm always looking to learn more about others and this world we share. From obtaining this knowledge we learn more about ourselves.

My biggest interests are traveling, eating, rugby, pottery, volunteering, running, biking, swimming, and EDM. I also love to hike, sight-see, snorkel, repel, rock climb, white water raft, cook and do things that push me out of my comfort zone.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have done many things that can be described as absolutely amazing in my 25 years on Earth. The greatest though was completing my first marathon, the 2010 Miami Marathon and placing 1st in my age group.

Teach, Learn, Share

I don't have have much to share with others as much as I wish I could. I am an experienced runner and triathlete. I have been a piano player for 9 years...but its a very leisurely pastime. I would love to learn how to become more of an avid artist. I've been expressing myself through pottery for over a year and I would love to show others how to make some cool things as well as learn new techniques! I would love to continue my education in art. I would love to learn about worldwide volunteering groups that are trying to make a difference in the world.
