ABOUT ME

Well, I'm generally a very active person. I'm always out doing things, and if I'm not, then I'm finding ways to do things. I'm always down for a genuine good time, and am very easygoing, though i hate staying in one place and doing the same thing for too long.

I grew up in Maryland, studied a bit in school, and worked various jobs in the fields of Outdoor Education and Fitness. After working a lot for a few years and not feeling particularly grounded I quit my "real job" and am putting my energy towards making music and traveling. This was the best decision, and I have met a lot of really awesome people and had wonderful experiences along the way.s

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I try to surf and participate in events when I travel. I have hosted a bit and love to do that when at all possible.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed around and attended a meeting while travelling through various places. I have a had a few surfers during my time at UMD.

Interests

i love music. Jazz, Rock, Indie, blues, bluegrass. I play guitar and sing and write some of my own music as well.
I am an avid runner, . I also rock climb and do a lot of hiking and backpacking.
Basically anything that's outdoors, exciting, meditative, and will make me tired at the end of the day will make me happy.

My main interests are music, the outdoors, and endurance sports. I really can talk for hours about any of these.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My experiences and views on the world. I'm a big appreciator of good food, drink, coffee, and things of the like. Not necessarily the expensive stuff, but full flavors and food made with love. I can help cook, make drinks, coffee, what have you.

I worked in a physical therapy clinic for a while, so if you have any joint or muscle related questions, I will get excited to help you out.

I gravitate naturally towards music, and if you want me to make some beautiful noise in your space I will be happy to sing, play guitar, or fiddle around on any instrument that you have!
