Hello everyone! We're Micaela Flores (22 YO) and Federico Misuraca (24). We met some years ago at High School, to first became best friends, and then a couple. Quite cheesy right? Currently, we live in Buenos Aires, our hometown, with our babydog Saori (the most beautiful on earth, if you dont believe me just go to my pics and try NOT to fall in love with her!)
Me (Mica), i'm studying to be a school teacher, and i have a big and lovely family that has always been there to support me. Fede, is working in an office. His family is not that big but their heart is! (big enough to invite me for a year to live with them when i needed a place...)

After a couple of years without taking any break, we decided to make our first trip. That was when we understood that travelling changes completely your mind and your way to see the world and life. It helps you to know yourself deeply and to reflect about everything.

Our english is really good and a little (just a liiiiitle french). We have studied a couple of months and we're really willing to continue (and to learn more languages)

One of the most atractive stuff for us about travelling, is to be in touch with different cultures, so differents and similars at the same time. And also, learn from diferents customs of the people around the world, as well as sharing ours from Argentina!

I love to do a lot of things: rollerblading, acrobatics, drink mate with friends (Argentina's national drink, if you host us we will make you try!) , watch movies while layed in bed drinking a delicious coffe, read, spend time with family and ... hug, kiss, and bother our Saori. I can be methodic and perfeccionist, but i always enjoyed the little things, the things that come out of the blue and end up fulling me of good memories.

Fede is a soccer fan (as a good argentinian :P ) he's a River Plate supporter and every time he can he goes to cheer them up to the stadium. He's a gamer and he loves everything related with technology... to the point he created his own pc gamer!

We both are animal LOVERS. We have rescued and saved some little street friends that we crossed by .

When it comes to travelling, we both agree that even if it's beautiful to discover touristic places, its also very important to know those "hidden" places that normally people dont go to, as local neighborhoods. That's the real part of the cities and places. The esence, their people, their stories, their habits. It makes the trip much more special, intimate and enriching.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I found this community thanks to some friends that had already used it and we just find it amazing. It's a great way to give and to get.

Unfortunately, so far, we don't have a lot of space but we're trying to figure it out for the future how to turn our 2 rooms small house into a traveller's shelter. Even if it's just a mattress, we would be happy to help!
