I used to design water-scapes (water playgrounds, swimming pools, water features and fountains) for a living, but I have quit my job and have been travelling since July 2016. With 12-kg on my shoulders and an aspiration to conquer the world, I am straddling between my idealism theories yet painfully getting grounded by reality every single day.

People tell me that it is amazing to be backpacking to the lesser known places on my own for so long, but I honestly think that if I can do it, so can you.... I digress but the part that is amazing for me is realizing that we do not need much to live -- I have everything that I need in my backpack; and now I cannot understand why I used to need 10 pairs of heels.
