Howdy! I'm 26 years old, and I Love life, meeting new people, playing music, and travelling all over the place. In the last few years I've been to pretty much all of the lower 48, and Mexico, Guatemala, Colombia, Ecuador, India and Sri Lanka

I love the outdoors, and spend as much time as I can out in nature, and away from the city. I enjoy learning about other cultures, especially their spirituality. I practice yoga and meditation (vipassana).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent 3.5 months building a house for a family of shaman in Colombia in exchange for learning about Ayahuasca and plant medicine.

I spent a month in a Buddhist monastery in Sri lanka meditating in silence for 15 hours a day.
