Overview
About Me
I just finished a masters in International Peace and Conflict Resolution, and love it. I'm also a seminarian. Living in DC at the moment, moved here from The Great State of Mind - New Orleans. I'm skilled in the trades, painting mostly but love volunteer and mission work especially overseas. I've also worked several years with exhibitions at a few museums and galleries, so obviously I'm keen on art and history. I am also into triathlon - but train a lot more than compete. Still, it helps make every day feel complete.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Meet new people in locations I don't belong in, where I'm passing through. I first surfed in Paris - and that will inspire (or ought to) anybody!
Interests
Swim, bike, run (esp on trails). I read all the time it feels like. Enjoy the pain of writing. Mediation. Cross cultural exchange

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Basically ran up a 6000 ft elevation that began amid saguaro cacti and ended in rocky scree in half the time as the guidebook said it would take. In Tucson, AZ. So memorable and the view unforgettable. Intense physical activity sweetens the sight.
Teach, Learn, Share
