During Octoberfest, I normally do not host travelers. And be aware, that CS isn't a cheap Hotel alternative. I really appreciate when travelers are leaving after cleaning the room, this saves my time and will motivate to continue hosting travelers.
I prefer traveler staying not only a few hours for avoiding to book a hotel.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

skydiving , 50 seconds freefall.... great.
and I run a half marathon in 2015 without training.... shit...that was painful :-) but I made it and afterwards going to Octoberfest with 4 Couchsurfer. I was not only a Finisher, I survived... half mara and Octoberfest with the CS as well :-)

At Muc Central Station use the BRB /RB 56 or RB 57) , platform 34-36, take the part of the train to Lengries oder Tegernsee (not! Bayrisch Zell), coz the train will be divided in Holzkirchen, the first part is to Bayrisch Zell!). The next Station after Holzkirchen is Warngau, there you get out, stay on the platform ! turn left, in parallel to the train line and you will arrive in my place in about 3-4 minutes.
