ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Michael, an Irish musician who just loves travelling, life and meeting new people. I finished my degree in music, worked for a bit and then dropped it all to pursue music. Home is wherever I want it to be, anywhere I feel safe and warm. Im pretty chilled and open and love sharing life with others. Also worth noting that I'm vegetarian, love all animals too much! :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Ironically, Ive lived on a sofa for the past 9 months of life without even using the site, so I felt it was about time I got signed up! Ive lived rough and ready in some pretty random places, but I take everything in life as it comes! I feel so grateful and humbled for all those who have put me up, continues to give me faith in humanity!

I plan on travelling and performing as I go, sharing music, moments and memories with others :)

Music and philosophy/spirituality

I love music, nature, the outdoors, art, cultures and spirituality. I love chatting about the bigger things in life. I love the different experiences life offers. I go from extremes so one minute I'll be mountain climbing/hiking taking in nature and reflecting and the next at a techno club completely submerged in the bass and beat.

Music, Movies, and Books

Love most styles of music, Metal, Techno, Classical, World, Irish trad, instrumental/meditation, Jazz/Blues, Chillstep, Rock... As for movies, I am a bit of a sci-fi nut, anything to do with space, think Alien, Interstellar, 2001 a space odyssey. Also into anything psychological, so Fight Club, Vanilla Sky, Donnie Darko and saving the best for last, The Matrix!
