Overview
About Me
I am a university student just trying to see the world while I still can. I have been in Spain for about 2 months now working as an au pair and have really fallen in love with the Spanish culture but really want to experience others. As a person I am very easy going and active. Try new things especially when they involve an adrenaline rush. I definitely appreciate a good sense of humor and a positive outlook on life.
So i just found out it is very weird to have a profile that was just made so let me justify this.. I got a plane ticket to Amsterdam to meet some friends but unfortunately I had some money stolen and I can no longer afford a hostel so I was recommended to make an account here. I had no idea this even existed but now that I know I'm hoping i can use it often.

Music, Movies, and Books
As far as music goes, it really just depends on my mood, my library contains countless different songs. Movie wise I am a sucker for Quentin Tarantino. I am not much of a book person per say but I would have to go with biographies.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Its a long story but basically my lung collapsed and it took me 3 years to get it diagnosed and during those three years I learned to pole vault and became half decent. Just surviving all that isn't exactly amazing but its a pretty amazing(ly long) story
Teach, Learn, Share
Being from Texas I have a fairly extensive knowledge of hunting and fishing. I also have quite a bit of country music stored away. Over the past few years I have experienced huge shifts in my life that have really forced me to rebuild myself from the ground up so talking to people about stuff like that is always interesting.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I don't have many posessions but i'd be more than happy to share all of the little I have learned in my life. There have been triumphs and hard lessons learned but at the end of the day I love sharing all of it and hearing other people's stories. I feel like the worst days of my life taught me the most and make the best stories. I wouldn't trade them for the world.
