I have been on many spiritual paths, I feel most aligned with the non dual teachings of A Course in Miracles.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music is varied, depending on the mood, soft meditation/instrumental music when I feel meditative/contemplative. Spiritual songs when I am in that vibe and dance songs when I feel to dance, anything from classic rock through to house, R&B, the list goes on, I like music!

Movies also are varied, I love metaphysical themes, or movies that have a deeper meaning, I love MWGE-The Movie Watcher's Guide to Enlightenment which gives write ups to hundreds of movies. My movie list is vast, again depending on the theme that is up for healing, or being looked at in the moment.
