Resumen
Sobre mí
Before deciding to dedicate my life to helping people as a Medical Doctor, I am traveling as a broke student and relying on people to see if there are still enough good people out there to help me decide if this world is worth saving. I'm in my 3rd year of my MD/MBBS degree and am a hopeful for Orthopedic Surgery, although I'm much more interested in natural healing, and dietary/exercise life style changes than I am western pharmacological medicine.
I studied civil engineering and architecture in undergrad and have been building my entire life. During my 6 months in Nepal I got involved in earthquake relief and low income construction techniques. I will not work a high paid surgeons job in the US and I will not be another drug prescription vending machine. I own three businesses and earn through them. I will travel and eat and live and dance and love and experience this life. I will volunteer my time in the 3rd world and I will continue build low income medical clinics and schools in Nepal, India and Africa.
I hope to start a family as well one of these days. I cannot wait to be a husband and father, albeit it's not so easy to find a wife who has these same goals in mind and actually understands the sacrifice of what it will take to accomplish. Sounds good on a profile, but living it long term takes a very special and beautiful woman. Time will tell, God will provide, as always.
Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing
My brother in law Tyler was killed in Iraq as a US Marine. He loved traveling and meeting people so I'm just sort of following his lead. His death inspired me to live. So that's what I'm doing.

Música, películas y libros
Breaking Benjamin (favorite). I love action and comedy movies. Occasional rom-com, Catcher in the Rye is my favorite book. Holden's raw honesty is refreshing. I write much more than I read though. Lyrics, novels, poetry.
Algo increíble que he hecho
Everest. I've been all over the world and met some of the some beautiful and interesting people. I am truly blessed to have had the experiences I have had.
Enseña, aprende, comparte
I love talking about medicine, military, music, fire fighting, travel, love, life, death. I love explaining technical concepts and hearing unique perspectives. If you're up for it we can dive into a metaphysical or existential conversation. I've experienced a lot of cultures, religions and unique experiences that have shaped my view of the world. Some say it's an interesting perspective.
Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones
Conversation. Smiles. Laughs. Best jokes you've ever heard, guitar, dancing (alcohol required) and in some cases poetry, although my writing is quite inspired by beautiful people I've lost in life, so it's not always an easy thing to transition into. Just depends on the flow of the conversation I guess.
