About Me
Hey guys,
I'm a 23 year old kid from Melbourne, Australia who's travelled across the pond to Europe. I love new experiences plus meeting as many different, interesting and fun humies that the world offers me. Do my best to learn as much as I possibly can. True passions of my mine are film, traveling and adventure. I also love great chats! I like the idea of seeing many alternative cultures and the way things are in different parts of the world to help widen my gaze on everything. I consider myself a very easy going chap, I enjoy laughter and of course my two friends beer and wine. Other than this I try as much as possible to live in the moment, not worry too much and just have a good ol time.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I think this is one of the best ways to travel, not only do you get to meet the real locals of the places your going to, but I feel you make such more meaningful friendships. Instantly you have something in common, either you a stranger going to stay in their house or them welcoming a stranger into theirs. And how quickly that changes is great! Plus the great local tips help out a lot.
Interests
Interested in film, for some reason can watch that stuff all day, also sport, music, dancing, languages, cultures, and most of all people.
Music, Movies, and Books
I love folk music and country, also with a bit of reggae. However i can get down with any music that tends to make you move. Movies wise, i will honestly watch anything. I am new to books but i am thoroughly enjoying reading whatever comes my way at the moment, however on the road by jack kerouac was definitely a favorite of mine.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I once hiked for two days through the Norwegian mountains. Was a great experience and I learned a lot about how to appreciate the simple things in life. Such as a warm meal and shower.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am currently learning guitar. I would love to keep learning the musical instruments and share my knowledge of all the places i have been with people. Also I'm new to learning the beautiful, (but hard!) language of French.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Hopefully laughs and a good time! I love hearing about people's experiences from their own lives and travels, its much better than learning from a social network. Finally, lucky enough I was raised with a good sense of manners and i've found that it goes a long way.
Countries I’ve Visited
Australia, Cambodia, England, France, Italy, Japan, Portugal, Scotland, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, Vatican City State, Viet Nam
