Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I came across Couchsurfing after I did my first ever solo trip. I did not know that there’s a whole community out there that allows you to meet with locals and completely immerse yourself in their culture. I mean what better way to truly experience the culture and discover awesome finds than meet with someone who’s lived there!

Music, Movies, and Books

For music, I mostly listen to oldies (I grew up listening to it 😅). For movies i’d say I like a mix of everything- the only thing I won’t watch is some scary movie at night and all by myself (yes I can be a scaredy cat). For books, right now all I read are nursing textbooks 😭

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I’d say one of the most amazing thing I’ve done is doing some volunteer work at a resettlement town- built houses and taught kiddos science, math, and English.
