Overview
About Me
I am a free-spirited yogi with an old soul and a hippie heart.
I am passionate about certain causes (mostly centred around nature and humanity) which is why I advocate for environmental sustainability and feminism.
I never foist my opinions down people's throat.
I work in advertising and own a yoga studio.
I have been known to be the life of the party :)

-Movies - Any movie that mind-fucks viewers; think - "Gone Girl" and "What Happened to Monday."
-Books - Lately, I have been all about African literature. I also love sojourner books.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
- I summited Mount Toubkal during the peak of winter (at a -17 degree weather) and for someone from the tropical region that's pretty amazing :)
-I swam with dolphins in the wild on a trip to Zanzibar.
- Hiked Afi Mountain (in the pouring rain and a very thick slippery rain forest)
Teach, Learn, Share
