About Me

Let's keep it short (my old profile was way too long).

CURRENT MISSION
Do, walk, learn, laugh and become lost wherever I want (probably sticking to Europe for the time being.)

PHILOSOPHY
Teach to learn, do good to receive good and lose your way to find your way.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My dream is to travel – like yours. Travel in all ways, every way, even like the way that one guy told you about. I’m here to become inspired and to learn about you, your culture and myself. And I sincerely hope to return the favour one day.

Interests

I’m interested in geography, languages (my lack of knowledge won’t display that – so don’t quiz me about it), and learning old and new things about old and new things. I am interested in playing sports, but, unfortunately, I guess not as much as I used to. I really enjoy playing the Ukulele and I hope I have the opportunity to practice more while travelling.

Music, Movies, and Books

Do you know what? I have a pretty boring answer about music - I like most music. Although, I guess it depends on the type of mood I am in and the time of day. Recently, i've been listening to modern folk and British music. Check out a South African modern folk musician called Jeremy Loops! Oh, and a ukulele guy called James Hill!

I don't watch movies or TV shows much, especially over the past year living in China. Most of my entertainment comes from YouTube! VPNs - where would we be with out them? (Not in China)

I don't read as much as I like at home. But I do try to read while travelling during those relaxing days and long journeys. I recently was given a Kindle so that will help with the paper book weight and size issue!
