Hello,
My name is Michael Hofmann.
I'm an open and culture-interested person, who loves to travel to other countries and learn about what they do, how they live, what they eat, what they do in their free-time,... to sum it up: to learn about their culture. I've been already to many countries, such as Norway, Bulgaria, Ireland, Italy, France, Czech Republic, Poland, and so on. This summer i made WWOOFing in Sweden with a friend of mine and lived for more than 3 weeks on a farm and learnt there a lot about how a farm works.

In my free-time i 'work' as a scout. The last years, i have even lead a group of younger and taught them the basics of scoutism. At least once a year, some scouts, who have time go on a 2,3,4-weeks trip with no handy and no elictricity. This is always a great thing, because you're 1. for yourself without the speed of modern society and 2. you learn to appreciate the things, you have at home. (Having a shower after 3 weeks walking and sweating is one of the greatest things you can imagine =D) The last 6 years, i've always been to at least one trip a year.

My family is pretty small, because both my parents are single-children and i am a very late child, so my grand-parents are sadly already dead. My mother used to work in a post-office near a harbour and my father works in a kitchen-company.
I have two sisters, of whom one works as a teacher for chemistry and Geography and another studies sign language (i also visited some of their lessons and got known to some deaf people).
We live in the state of Bavaria, which culture i admire very much ;)

On Winter 2016/2017 i plan to go to Australia for work and travel, so i can get to known another continent before i start studying.
I think about studying special needs education (as a scout i 'worked' with two mentally disabled kids and also did an apprentice ship at a special needs education school)
drama (i love performing a role in a play and took part in some local plays in my home area ) or a mixture of both.

There are still a lot of countrys i want to visit. Maybe i even try to visit nearly all countries. But at least i have to visit every continent on earth

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite music is absolutely hip-hop. I love music and also play some instrumenst like piano and ukulele. (i also try to get playing the guitar straight) I also listen like at least 4 hours of music nearly every day. If you are very much into hip-hop, it would be lovely to meet you. i even try to rap by myself but i still have to practice a little bit. if you also rap, you may could teach me some things.
