Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I was once stranded in India for three days due to a missed flight. I had no money, no friends, no food, and no place to stay. The only way I was able to survive those three days was through the kindness of others. They helped me through this rough patch; in fact, the manager of the airline paid for my return ticket home.
I want to bestow the same kindness that I received in this situation unto those of the Couchsurfing community.
