Hi, I’m Mike. I like to think of myself as an easy-going guy. I love to have a laugh and make the most of the good things in life. I enjoy seeing new places, having new experiences, and of course meeting new people. I have travelling for the last year and a half in Africa and Europe doing just that.

I’m on Couchsurfing to meet new people and tuck more into local life than a hostel full of other tourists usually allows.

Interests

Curating the perfect Spotify playlist, movies, a good book, playing chess, photography, travelling (of course), motivation science, scuba diving.

Music, Movies, and Books

Lots and lots of music... mainly rock, house and techno. I also love to keep as update to date as possible on movies, and various movie quotes from all over slip into my everyday vocabulary. I spend lots of my travel time reading science fiction, or behavioural psychology books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Had to run away from charging elephants! Amazing because we all got out okay.
