I grew up on a Native American reservation just south of Albuquerque, the Pueblo of Isleta. I lived in Denver for 10 years, where I finished school and worked. I recently have found a deep love for travel. So much so, that I now live and work abroad for most of the year. SE Asia is considered one of my homes. Thailand and Laos are where I mainly work. It is one of my passions to immerse myself in a completely different culture. Most of my best friends, that I consider family, live in the countries that I work. But all of my family lives in Albuquerque, NM. This is where I come when I am not living abroad.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all different types of music. And i am always looking for new music. My favorite movie is "A Princess Bride." I am currently reading, "A Fraction of the Whole," by Steve Toltz. "Into Thin Air," by Jon Krakauer is one of my favorite works of nonfiction. I will be soon brushing up on William Wordsworth. And I will be soon reading "Goodbye, Columbus," Philip Roth, "Tenth of December," George Saunders, and "The Great Gatsby," F. Scott Fitzgerald.

Quit my job as a paralegal and moved to Thailand a month later.
