About Me
Born and raised in New York, I now call Los Angeles home and have been here going on 14 years. There's so much I like about both LA and NY and I think understanding that dichotomy gives me a unique vantage point when visiting other locales.
I'd describe myself as fun and adventurous with a good sense of humor. I can totally go with the flow or find my own groove. I get along well with many different types of personalities. I enjoy meaningful and deep conversation just as much as the silly and irreverent so pretty much nothing is off limits.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To make new friends and have new adventures. I'd rather see the world from a locals point of view than a tourists.

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm into a wide variety of music and play piano and drums. I love going to live shows.
I don't read a ton but I tend towards sci-fi and biographies. Books I've recently read and enjoyed include Project Hail Mary, Benjamin Franklin: An American Life and The Socrates Express.
I'm more of a TV show kind of guy but do enjoy a movie on occasion. Some of my favorite movies are The Neverending Story, This Is Spinal Tap, Spaceballs, and National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Played shows at some amazing venues including CBGB in NYC before it closed and Viper Room in LA.
