I enjoy being physically active. I mountain bike, hike, and weight train.

I've been told I have something screwy with my adrenaline glands. I've never noticed a problem, ok there was that one time. ;)

I'm paleo leaning.
I love tahi, indian, basically any food that is simple and minimally processed. Food education is a hobby of mine (more on that later)
