About Me

This could go on forever, but I will do my best to be brief. I am a book and music nerd interested in activism, writing, intersectional feminism, culture, baking bread, photography and occasionally seeing a live band here and there. I am also interested in conversation and learning about the unique experiences of others. I've got a website with a lot more of my writing if you would like to explore, http://www.mikeperazzetti.com

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would like to meet others in other cities with a diversity of interests and make a few friends along the way. As soon as I move, I will offer my space for couch surfing, but my current space is so small that it isn't practical. Most immediately, I have to attend an academic conference in Millbrae, CA from the 18th to the 25th of August at Saybrook University.

Too many to list but I would love to explore mutual interests.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Moving from one side of the country (CA to the East Coast) with no friends and starting over from scratch

Teach, Learn, Share

Some Italian, and hundred of trivial details of pop culture that make me valuable in classic Trivial Pursuit. I also plan on teaching in the future.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My mixed culture (Italian father), experiences on the East Coast, and perhaps a bottle of wine. I am also a vegan but I can take care of meals outside if necessary.
