I am 26 years old and live in the beautiful state of South Australia.

I am passionate about my home state. It is wine country so naturally I love to find and taste wines I havent had before. Working in a bottle shop that specialises in wines is a great place to do this. If not weekends are a great time to escape to McLaren Vale and sample some of the great wine and food available.

This year I plan to have a gap year (South America and Canada) before stepping back into a school and pass on some of my wisdom!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I feel couchsurfing is a great way to meet new people. It is a more genuine way to travel and a way of unearthing some of those hidden gems not recommended in the tourist guides.

It offers a unique opportunity to learn from others and pass on your own knowledge. It shows the generous side of people that may not come from any other travel experience.

Interests

I have an interest in most things outdoors. This could be sport, heading down the coast or camping. Even a beer tastes better outdoors!
