Hello! I am a professional violist living in Chicago. I spend my work hours divided between performing with chamber ensembles and orchestras, teaching people of all ages, and working for a local non-profit, Sharing Notes- an organization that brings the power of music to Chicago hospitals. Outside of music I love all forms of fitness- biking, running, and hiking when I get the chance. I have had some opportunities to travel outside the USA, and am always happy to discuss culture and share a meal!

As a musician I find myself traveling quite often, and sadly I don't get to explore the areas I spend time in. I joined Couchsurfing to be able to meet the local community and get a more inclusive view of the cities I visit. Meeting new and interesting friends is the obvious plus!
