Long term traveller. Been on the road 3.5 years doing seasonal work and travelling the rest of the year. I've spent two years living out of my car in the US after finishing school, 7 months in New Zealand and then the last 11 months in Southeast Asia between Laos, Vietnam, Thailand now the Philippines. I'll be moving to Australia for a year starting September 2019. I live for the outdoors and love camping and adventuring outside as well as meeting people from all walks of life and sharing our common interests in becoming stronger at the things we love and understanding what it is we fear. I love asking direct and personal questions to truly get to know my company and encourage them to not be afraid to be personal with me either. This life is too short for small talk over and over again :)

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I am on Couchsurfing to connect with people and culture on a higher level. I come from a tourism oriented town and the best experiences I have had through my travels is through local eyes. I like to see and experience life through public transportation and through real life experiences. Couchsurfing gives me the oppurtunity to become closer to life around the world from the ground up. I hope to continue to explore and experience life in as many forms of possible as I travel.

I am an avid outdoorsman and athlete. My passions are animals and nature. I love hiking and climbing, both in the forms of rock climbing and mountaineering. I also enjoy many forms of exercise and yoga. Slacklining has become a passion of mine and I look forward to progressing in the sport.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Travelling solo has brought me so much meaning to my life. Because of my solo endeavours I have become closer with those in my travels and have developed a strong network of beautiful people across the United States. I hope to continue to do that on a national level.

I am a mountaineer from Florida which is really rare and I am proud to be representing my flat state as I continue to summit mountain tops. I just acheived my first three mountains last year: Mount Hood, OR/Mount Shasta, CA/Humphreys Peak, AZ

I also ran my first marathon last year and paddled across the Everglades back in my home state of Florida solo 97 miles in 9 days. I travelled 8 of the 12 months last year off an annual income of $14,000. I am the happiest I have ever been :)

I am an individual full of perserverence and determination. I have acheived much success in learning about nature and outdoor adventure. One of my growing passions is to bring people closer to themselves and nature through outdoor adventure. I spend my off time breaking outside of compfort zone learning as much as possible with and about those around me. Adventure and exploration is my life.

Due to my experiences in life I have developed a personality of complete honesty. This has brought me closer to people than I could have ever dreamed of before. This life is so full of experience and love, developing friendships and bonds with other across the globe has become one of my passions. Anyone who hosts me will get the complete tour of what I have experienced, and I hope to receive the same of them. I am goal oriented and organized. I am neat and generous. Contributing to the lives of those around me brings me much happiness and peace.
