Overview
About Me
I'm a grad student from the UK recently moved from London to NYC for another step in my journey of increasingly obscure liberal arts degrees. I have an unhealthy obsession with collecting records from a wide and global variety of genres, and I'm occasionally allowed to play them loud in clubs.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm hoping to do as much travelling as I can while I can during my year and a half in the US, within the means of my very limited student budget. I'm also far more interested in getting to see a local perspective on the places I visit, rather than one filtered through the lens of tourism and advertising, and I'm excited to meet and learn from a variety of people and cultures.

What I Can Share with Hosts
I have a huge amount to say about music of almost any variety and as a record collector and occasional DJ I live to share what I know. I'm also always keen to talk about literature and politics. I'm very happy to cook, to the best of my moderate ability, for anyone who's willing to host me. In general I'm easy to get along with and respectful, and I don't require much from hosts.
