Overview
About Me
I am a medical student in Vancouver, Canada, and I am always looking for new experiences and meeting new people when I have the chance. I am a Korean immigrant and lived in Canada for the past 16 years, and being able to enjoy what both cultures have to offer has been one of my greatest privileges.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I enjoy life out of balance between novelty and sustainability - I seek new experiences and enjoy meeting new people but I also treasure sustaining those relationship and the memories. Couchsurfing really facilitates this by providing that foundation for building those new connections~~

Love hip hop in general, especially dancing to it. Used to breakdance quite a bit. Interested in books about health, psychology, and really anything.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Ended up in Berlin at 11pm with cancelled accommodation but finally found a couch surfer host who became a very close friend eventually!
Teach, Learn, Share
Love to learn different cultures and lifestyles. More importantly, learning the unique narratives of interesting people around the world
What I Can Share with Hosts
I am a Korean Canadian so I can share the interesting perspective and culture of both countries. As a medical student and a public health graduate, I love talking about health and exchanging ideas on how to be healthy. I used to be an avid breakdancer too - although I havent danced for awhile, maybe I can try pulling off a move!
