About Me

I am a clean-cut professional male, college educated, well-rounded male. Having been in the hospitality industry for the past 12-years, I recently transitioned into city government.

I would consider myself to be very out-going aka extroverted, not scared to meet & greet new people or take on new adventures, but then also I know how to sit back, relax, and enjoy my quiet times and be reserved.

After attending an SEC Football school, and many, many, days, of tail-gating from Wednesday - Sunday (War Damn Eagle!), I have given up drinking and the party-lifestyle (but yet I am NOT a boring person, I just changed dancing partners :))

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This is my first time trying out "CouchSurfing" so I will admit that I am a bit skeptical, but I am hoping to become a believer, so that when I get my own place in SF, very soon, I can return the favor and make someone a believer.

Music, Movies, and Books

Being a percussionist, pianist, and vocalist, I am open all genres of music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I am 35-years old, a Capricorn. At the age of 19, I started working at the Auburn University Hotel & Dixon Conference Center and within 6-months I was promoted to Night Manger where I continued with Starwood Hotels (Sheraton & W Hotels). This allowed me to be my age and have 12-years of managerial experience.

Teach, Learn, Share

I learned how to see people for who they are, as human beings. Each morning, I take the opportunity to smile and say "Hello" or "Good morning", even that goes along way. We all are humans, we all are connected.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I really am not sure what to put here, but I am opened. A smile? A listening ear? A hug? A good time of laughter? :)
