Hey :)

I'm Michael and I'm 21.
Originally I came from the south of Germany, next to Nuremberg in Bavaria.
I also currently live in Erlangen where I work for a film production company as cinematographer.
Next to this job I started working as a model for an international agency.

I would describe myself as an open minded person who loves meet new and inspiring people.
Thats also the reason for which I want to do couch surfing.

According to my jobs my hobby are mostly cinema, music and fashion.
I'm kind of into those old classic movies from people like Werner Herzog, Godard, Fassbinder and so on.
But I also like modern stuff like Carnage by Polanski.

I also love contemporary arts and museums. (Schiele, Francis Bacon, Palais du Tokyo.....)
When I got the time I like to have a good work out or run.
Okey, tbh I hate running and its boring in my eyes but I still negotiate myself sometimes to do it.

So no matter if you hate or love running - I'm in for both options.

In the evening I like to cook and normally can talk hours about random stuff with my roommates and friends.
But I'm also in for bar evenings or a good glass of wine.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I just hate it that you normally only get in contact with people with the same mentality as yourself because you meet them through your current group of friends. So I think through couch surfing you can meet people who live outside of your "bubble". And of course for the reason that they're mostly locals you can also learn a lot about different cultures.

It really depends on the mood. But I like a lot of 80s stuff, Indie, Electroclash and some Electro.
I also really like unknown stuff and those soundlcoud stuff which you discover at 3am when you can't sleep.

I can teach you German, photography, cinematography and a funny Bavarian accent. (Ok I still work on the last one since I only learned clean German in school.)
