Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couchsurfing to meet new people, mostly locals, who can tell and show me their home and why they love it so and pass that love and joy on to me. I wish to learn all that I can and see and do all that I could with my limitations but I'll take what I can get.

Interests

I have a wide and varied range of interests consisting mainly of music, reading and just taking the time to enjoy life. I love to travel but often find myself held back by time, money and work and my fear of stepping out of my comfort zone. I'm on here to break away from that and to see more of the world and what it has to offer and the joy it holds.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have a word range of love for music and movies with my love of music being in my life on an almost daily basis. I love all type of music ranging from heavy metal and hard rock to EDM and techno and to bagpipes music and some good old funk. I love reading as much as music, finding it to be one of the few things to calm me and let me relax and immerse myself in a new world.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have many a great thing in my that includes bungie jumping, rafting in a river, kayaking, riding a camel, experiencing 4 wheel driving in Dubai and walking through Redwood forest and hiking and Camping in New Zealand. I have done more but if you wish to know than you need to meet me.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm willing to take any recommendations for anything you have on board and probably do them. I feel as the local you could show me things that I would not see or know about if I was just another tourist visiting those main touristy spot. I'm a laid-back and easygoing guy who after a day out can enjoy a night in with a cold drink and good conversation.
